The Thirty-Seven Practices of a Bodhisattva is a 14th-century text by the Tibetan Buddhist monk and scholar Tokme Zangpo. It is a summary of the principles of conduct on the bodhisattva path, serving as a practical guide on the journey to enlightenment. However, even for an ordinary person who does not aspire to high spiritual goals, these practices can significantly help manage the challenges of everyday life.
The famous and ancient text by Tokme Zangpo will be explained to us by the renowned Sabchu Rinpoche, who is very well acquainted with the workings of Western students. The lama will explain each practice at a relaxed pace, with each lecture dedicated to one of the 37 practices.
