In 1991, she emigrated to Finland, where she studied Finnish and translation at the University of Vaasa while also studying classical music and singing at the music school in Vaasa. Bella worked for almost 20 years as a translator and interpreter for Finnish, Russian, and English.

Since her youth, Bella has been interested in natural medicine and has studied various healing methods, including sound therapy, reiki, herbal remedies, and more. In 2007, she traveled to Moscow to study Ku Nye massage and also began a four-year study of TTM under Dr. Nida Chenagtsang. She regularly traveled to Russia for Dr. Nida's courses and also participated as an interpreter.

In 2008, Bella founded the Finnish branch of SKY (then ATTM Finland) and began organizing local courses with Dr. Nida and other teachers. Since 2011, she has been teaching Ku Nye massage in Finland and later other TTM subjects.

Today, Bella lives in southern Finland, where she works with her patients and runs the non-profit organization Sorig Khang Helsinki. She teaches at both local and international levels. Her deepest wish is to help Dr. Nida spread the knowledge of Sowa Rigpa to future Sorig therapists and the general public.
